Commercial Finfish Net Pen Aquaculture

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources made amendments and additions to Chapter 332-30 WAC regarding the use of state-owned aquatic lands for commercial finfish net pen aquaculture.

The Board of Natural Resources approved and adopted these changes as Resolution Number 1644 at the January 7, 2025 meeting.
