DNR proposes to auction a vacant, undeveloped 7.5 acre property located in Benton County. The property known as “Richland 8” is zoned “Rural Low Density Residential (RL40)” and is located on Northlake Road within the City of West Richland. A portion of the property is adjacent to the Bombing Range Sports Complex. 

  

The auction date is scheduled for February 22, 2023, at the Benton County Administration Building, 7122 W. Okanogan Place, Building E, Room 303, Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, Kennewick, WA 99336

 

Potential bidders should sign in beginning at 10 a.m. and the auction will start at 10:30 a.m.
