DNR proposes to auction, via written sealed bid, an undeveloped 13.1-acre property located in Spokane County, lying just east of Medical Lake and approximately 14 miles southwest of the City of Spokane. The property known as “Picnic Pines” is accessible from Silver Lake Road, and is zoned rural transitional (RT) and low-density residential (LDR). 

  

The auction date is scheduled for March 30, 2023, at the DNR Deer Park Work Center Conference Room, 1002 E. Crawford St., Deer Park, WA, 99006.

 

Potential bidders should sign in beginning at 9:30 a.m. and deposit any final bid forms and payments prior to 10 a.m. The opening of the sealed bids at the auction location will start at 10 a.m.
