Growing grapes help build schools
Leasing land for vineyards is just one of the many ways that DNR generates millions of dollars to build public schools.
We work with hundreds of farmers, ranchers, orchardists, vintners and others to make sure that the state trust lands they lease from DNR are sustainably managed while clean water, fish, and wildlife habitats are protected.
