State Trust Lands Habitat Conservation Plan
Final Environmental Impact Statement (Merged to Include Draft EIS)
As the trust lands Habitat Conservation Plan was being developed, a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was written. This EIS analyzed DNR's proposed plan and several reasonable alternatives, evaluating potential impacts on endangered species and their habitat, as well as social and economic concerns. Following public review, the draft Environmental Impact Statement was revised based on comments received, and a final EIS was produced. This merged Environmental Impact Statement combines both the draft and final EISs for the Habitat Conservation Plan into one document.
