Commissioner Goldmark to announce Forest Health Hazard Warning; cites concerns for catastrophic wildfire
Action expands on recommendation of expert panel
OLYMPIA – The media is invited to Commissioner of Public Lands Peter Goldmark’s announcement and field tour.

Tour of effected areas with dead and dying trees, as well as management site that improves forest health and lessens the wildfire hazard. |
| When: | Monday, July 2, 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. – Plan ahead for travel time. |
Where: | Meet at Liberty Café, 19601 Hwy 97, toward Blewett Pass between Cle Elem and Ellensburg.
At 1:00, when the Commissioner arrives, we will travel up the road to a demonstration site for the press event and tour.
