DNR’s Communications & Outreach office is the port of entry for journalists who need information about our agency. We are available to help you find subject matter experts or to connect you with program resource staff.

For help with a specific news topic or background information on a resource issue, please see our list of communications consultants below.

We are located on the fourth floor of the Natural Resources Building at 11th and Washington Street SE. Visitor parking is on level P-1 of the garage. Turn left off the elevator, go to the end of the hall, and inquire at the Commissioner’s Office.

Use of the DNR Logo
The Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) logo is registered as a trademark with the Washington Office of the Secretary of State. Use of the logo must be approved by DNR.

For an official copy of the DNR logo, contact cheri.jarrett@dnr.wa.gov and indicate the purpose of use and logo format needed.

The DNR logo is available in a flush left horizonal or centered format, in color or in black and white. The logo is available as a jpg, gif, tiff or eps file.
