When we determine that specific properties are no longer suitable for long-term state trust ownership and management, some are made available for other government agencies to purchase (a transaction known as a “transfer”); other properties are sold at public auction. The information below describes how you can participate in a public auction of state trust land and get on a mailing list to find out about upcoming auctions.
