Proposed Ice harbor Trust Land Exchange
This proposal calls for exchanging approximately 569 acres of State trust land for approximately 265 acres owned by Stemilt Growers, Inc. This exchange of properties in Chelan and Franklin Counties would allow DNR to add to an existing agricultural property and increase long-term revenue to the Agricultural School trust. The value of the lands to be exchanged will be determined by a market value appraisal.
Location
The state trust lands in this proposed exchange are located in Chelan County (Sec 10, T21N, R20E, W.M.) and the Stemilt lands are located in Franklin County (Sec 13 & 14, T10N, R32E, W.M.)
