Proposed exchange of parcels between state trusts is the topic of a May 10 public hearing in Enumclaw
Intertrust exchange would clear the way for DNR to add conservation land near Mount Rainier
OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will conduct a public hearing on May 10 in Enumclaw on a proposal to exchange trust designations between two parcels of state trust land in Pierce and King counties. If approved by the Board of Natural Resources at a regularly scheduled Board meeting, this exchange would position a parcel of state trust land in Pierce County unsuitable for income production to be transferred to conservation status.
