State DNR to auction commercially zoned property in North Bend
Public sale will be held December 15 in North Bend
OLYMPIA – The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a public auction to sell a three-quarter acre commercially zoned corner lot in North Bend. The auction, which includes a seven bay garage and shop on the property, will begin at 1 p.m., December 15, at the DNR Work Center in North Bend.
The minimum bid is $335,000. Bidders must provide a $30,000 deposit. The buyer must also pay transaction costs of approximately $14,000.

Driving Directions:
- Take I‐90 toward North Bend
- Exit at the 436th Avenue Exit (Exit 32)
- Turn onto 436th Avenue (right from Westbound I‐90; left from Eastbound I‐90)
- Turn left onto North Bend Way at the T (first stop sign)
- After approximately 1 mile, turn right on Thrasher Ave., immediately after the USFS compound (the DNR office is behind the second gate)
