Membership

The board has three members whose appointments are made by designated public officials based on specific qualifications:
- Experience and training in matters pertaining to land use planning and real estate (appointed by the Commissioner of Public Lands)
- Experience and training in public trust matters (appointed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction)
- Experience and training in financial matters (appointed by the State Treasurer)
Member Terms
Members are appointed for five-year terms and serve until a successor is appointed.
